About Ana Rifa!

Following (18)
second nature [trashendence]
"Thank God men cannot fly, and lay waste the sky as well as the earth" -Henry David Thoreau

TRASHENDENCE is a video instalation through a juxtaposition of plastic bags and the time lapse of the ocean breaking in the sand.
The natural movement of the waves are projected into the plastic bags in a way that it creates a calm and soothing environment while at the same time makes a statement on how we destroy the beauty of our habitat by the "tidal" overconsumption of mankind.

Instructors: Tom Knechtel/Laura Cooper
